The CPU-1233 is a fully RoHS compliant replacement for the popular CPU-1232 PC/104 module. The module is available in standard (0ºC to +60ºC) or optionally with extended (-40°C to +85°C) temperature range. For improved reliability when used in mobile applications or harsh environments prone to high humidity, shocks and vibrations.

It now features the AMD® Geode GX466™ 333MHz Pentium® MMX class processor and is Windows CE® & XPE® and Linux® compatible.
Memory
The CPU-1233 has the RAM memory (up to 128MB DDR) soldered directly onto the board and a dedicated DOM (Disk-On-Module) connector is supplied to allow users to integrate a secured memory device.
BIOS
The BIOS is stored in a 1MB Flash EPROM and is re-programmable onboard, set-up parameters are saved within the same Flash allowing the module to retain the data without having a backup battery. "

Производительность маловата - всеже Пентиум 4.
